My wife connected with her. She started video consultation 1 hour later after payment and didn't even inform us about the video consultation timing. She needs to inform us when she will be doing a video consult, *** **** ***** ** **** **** ** ********* ****** ***** *** ****** *** ************ ********** Even when I texted her, she didn't text back even after 30 minutes. ****** ***** ******* **** ****

Dr. Aastha Jain replied

The consultation was initiated promptly at the scheduled time; however, technical glitches and network lag prevented the video call from connecting smoothly. Despite this, the consultation was fully carried out between 6:12 PM and 6:25 PM, during which your medical reports were thoroughly reviewed, clinical advice was given, and appropriate supplements and medications were prescribed. The video call got triggered by the app at the end was an automated technical delay that occurred only after the consultation was concluded and the prescription was uploaded. The review of your reports and the medical plan provided were comprehensive, and it is inaccurate to claim the consultation lacked detail or prompt attention So blaming a doctor's management for a technical issue is appalling these things come as a part in parcel of online consult. The core focus of clinical care remains the prescribed management plan, which was duly provided. The subsequent follow-up video call is incidental and unrelated to the clinical strategy, making any review of post-consultation communication an inaccurate reflection of the medical management received.
