The lady at the reception was utterly rude. No sort of politeness. Leave politeness aside, she even practically threw my file to me at the end while leaving.
Now the distinguished Dr. She didn't even had time to listen to her patient. ***** she didn't even offered us to sit as she was in such a hurry. I literally asked her if we (me & my wife) can sit. *** ******** *** ** ************** *** *** ******. We as young couples wanted some guidance, and all she offered was 1 minute of her time. ****** ********* **** *** **********.
I will not mention anything about the unjustified consultation charges as i am sure they exist for this and not the other way around.

The consultation was good. I will return for further consultation. However the time leading up to the consultation was not satisfactory. For some reason my appointment was not updated by the software and ended up waiting for more than an hour.
