It was really very good in every sense. Dr. Prafull Das Gupta and his consort Dr. Aashima are well qualified and experienced doctors who have formed a wonderful team where they jointly use their knowledge and expertise to address the problem faced by their patient.They are not in a hurry. The best part is that unless they are themselves satisfied about the solution offered by them, they won't say o k, no matter how many times they have to attend him/her.As they attend the patients by appointment,there is no crowding or unnecessary waiting.Their charges are also reasonable.I wish them all the best. I would also like to thank the Doctor for seeing me at very short notice and for the time and care he took in identifying my problem and solving it for me. The service he provided was brilliant and if there had been the opportunity I would have liked to continue a course of treatment with him.This was not possible since I was on holiday and travelling round.
Doctor is very polite. Clinic is very hygienic. Staff is very understanding and trained. Dr prafull very patiently listened to my problem. He relived my pain and educated me how I could avoid this problem in future by myself by few simple precautions. I am his old patient and every time I meet dr prafull I appreciate him even more.
