I m very satisfied this dr. Bcoz before m visit many dr. But no one explain my health problem n treatment and now m always going to check up with this dr.
Post my C-Section, I was going through Postpartum Depression. Frequent crying episodes, anxiety, sleep deprivation was taking a toll on me. Though I loved being there for my little one but there was something bothering me badly. To add to the pain, there were comments of people who I met about not losing pregnancy weight and the bulging tummy. That's when I got in touch with Dr. Neharika Malhotra. Being a textrovert (comfortable talking on texts than on phone) spoke my heart out to her on texts. She read it patiently and came up with a series of posts on her Instagram feed on how to loose weight post delivery and get back the confidence. And I am so thankful to her to do so. Motivation and Positive Attitude are the two most important medicines any doctor can prescribe. Thanks for doing that perfectly. I found more healing in her inspirational words, than I could in any weight loss medicines or drinks. Thanks for adding a human touch to my treatment.
