Starlite Nutrition and Wellness Centre was founded in 2016, with the aim of providing evidence-based nutrition services. We present a comprehensive, scientific approach to nutrition. Optimal health, not disease, is our primary focus. We offer proactive, preventive and individualized nutrition therapy, enhancing health rather than waiting for lifestyle disorders to appear. We do this by using Medical Nutrition Therapy, local food ingredients, and most importantly, diet and lifestyle changes.

Star lite Nutrition should be now well known because of Doctor Anjali. She has been honest with me of what could be done and what is not possible rather than creating false expectations. I am diabetic with high blood sugars for the past 13 years due to which facing fertility issues as well. When I have explained my situation to Dr Anjali she first focused on my diet, exercise and lifestyle. Accordingly she has prepared a 6 weeks meal plan for me which includes whole grains, less of carbohydrates or starch and more of fiber in my food. Regularly she used to catch up with me to understand the differences to change the plan. She has displayed loads of patience and welcomed me with her warm voice. Before I visited her I was 68.2 kilos and now I have reduced to 65 kilos as I am not supposed to lose wait drastically. Thanks a lot doctor and you deserve kudos for the work and to your team.
