Booked an Appointment at 3pm and when reached the Hospital, Doctor was not available and said he doesn't even know there is an appointment. Lady sitting at Reception said morning shift girl did not come and she doesn't know about my appointment. Very unprofessional. I am having severe pain in my ear and had to book appointment with them on emergency. I strongly recommend not to rely on these people
