I try to be more honest and explicit. Today i completed my treatment. I take 3 years to write this review.

My case history:

1. My tooth(2nd molar) was decayed and I got root canal treatment from Dr. Swaroop's care dental Nellore. My operation was done by little girls in playful manner it was a failure. After 6 months infection got relapsed, again they diagnosed and instead of re root canal they changed my zirconia crown for 25k.

2. Same thing happen again the infection got relapsed and relapsed and relapsed I have lost 75k rs. I become psychologically low and started to live with the infection

3. After we shifted to Vizag. On my mother’s suggestion I got my orthodontic treatment from Dr.Ramam advanced dental care opp. Walter club Siripuram jn. Same thing happened without seriousness Doc. continued treatment on phone calls and jokes with staff I thought for this time I'd lose all my teeth, so I don’t want to take chance even though I’ve paid 25k in advance I quit my treatment.

My treatment in Krest dental:

After a period of time on a causal walk, I liked the design and the sense of clinic and I entered into it. I take appointment, I look at all her list of achievements and degrees.

I explained my orthodontic problem, she listened everything patiently, she identified the infection of teeth and suggested before ortho I need to undergo root canal treatment.

1. I went through root canal treatment it was successful. I never faced single problem.

2. I successfully completed my orthodontic treatment. It was the best decision I took in my life.

3. I get regular calls for oral health check-up, cleaning etc.

4. I was persistently suffered from pain, pus, headache I can’t able to concentrate on my work but now I feel free from those shackles.

Finally, I thought I paid fee for the trust, peace, I get from the clinic, I feel like I didn’t pay anything for the treatment.

About clinic- Krest dental

Clinic always try to convey something, with his design, paintings, colors and absence of boundary wall.

Clinic is always calm,wise, fresh, novel, steady and clean.

About Doctor- Dr. Suneeta Veeramanchaneni garu

1. I would rather call her an artist than a doctor. I never seen a dentist who is passionate like her.

As an artist she become calm focused and do an operation meticulously like a craft.

2. Like a psychologist she empathizes well and listen to patient's talk patiently. she was straight to the point.

3. She is professional and perfectionist.

Corns:

Lack of publicity and marketing (difficult for a public to know about clinic at least through google reviews)

For some treatments prices are little higher relatively.

Mode of payment is difficult (absence of QR payment).

Punctuality (sometimes you need to wait for a little)

Suggestion:

As a patient i know the value of organs, your organs are in a safest hands You will never find a better clinic than Krest dental atleast in AP .

Epilogue

I am greatly thankful for Dr. Suneeta Veeramanchaneni garu, for she redeemed me from the all oral health problems gradually in a systematic way which I had been suffered for long period of time.

I feel metaphorically she is like a mother of health who fought against demons (diseases) in a constructive way.

I hope that all the patients would share their experience and write their reviews (whether may positive or negative), which is more beneficial for the upcoming patients.

I have this phobia of dentists , like any one else..to say it truly..That was the reason , I kept postponing my dentist visit , for some time.eh..years.

But finally one fine day , I stepped into our family dentist clinic , Krest..yeah..all 5 of us are taking treatment here..my hubby , my son and d.in law and younger one..Shall I ask for a discount..an after thought.

I was made to feel at home , pleasant welcome , making me feel like a queen in my dentist chair..and the gentle way of counselling .

Hey..what happened to those laborious X Ray machines..which , in real were attacking me , here we have cute machines doing the same job..

Dr .Suitha explained to me about my dental condition and Dr Bhagyasree has done such exquisite cleaning to my teeth with deft handling.

I relaxed and was sitting day dreaming ..of what not..

That's it..my session is over ..she declared.

I patted my shoulder for being a good patient..kept my mouth open all the time..without uttering a world.

My bone's safety is fully credited to Dr.Sunita and the team as the painless tooth without any single trace of damage or problem has been eating out my bone for quite some time, which Dr. Sunita noticed on the OPD and, therefore, suggested the only way out - extraction. The extraction was done perfectly well: attentively, precisely, professionally, which I appreciate so much. Precise dose of anaesthesia, well sufficient not to feel any pain and to subside right after the manipulation not to feel swollen. Accurate and caring instructions after the operation were provided by an assistant. All the process seemed on a dime: no fear, no pain, no boredom. Yesterday the sutures were removed and everything has healed well.

I would like to express gratitude to the entire well-knit team for a seamless job.
