Since 12years i am suffering with L4 L5 disk bulging nd SI joint problems...Since last 5 months i was doing my yoga..i was very active, I was stopped doing exercises because we lost my brother in law on may 6th 2021, I was very upset when i heard the news...that time I have been working 12 hours a day continuously while taking care of my elders...i took more pain. In starting my RA Factor was129 due to awareness people in YouTube stated that there is no medicine in Allopathic STEROID will be given which we have to continue life long so I started using Ayurvedic Medicine from Shantigiri Aurvedic side effects started as itching so I stopped and started Homeo from Ashwini Medicals as doctor guaranteed after 15 days results will be positive but after 45 days it increased my RA Factor 186 then I started Alopsthic from Dr. Adims Center of Rheumatology Dr. Suresh Adimulam was friendly it was late but not too late. STEROIDS quantity was 18 MG after 20 days decreased to 12 mg after 1 month he stopped STEROIDS and after 2 months my RA Factor resulted 69 which was 186 I was very happy and decided to continue.

Due to our delay in regular follow up with the doctor, problem severity, & pains was increased a lot, doctor shared about the difficulty of the desease in a friendly nature, and also he clearly told not to give break in conituation of the treatment what we did....due to huge break in the treatment we need to go for injection which is very costly..and we are waiting for the results of it
