I have visited the doctor on 13-June-20.Practo the fee structure specified as Rs.500 but that's not true. First 30 min Rs 500 then after every half an hour Rs 500 you have to pay.we have started discussion at 4:30 it's continued till 6:30 so total 2hrs. so I need to pay Rs 2000 for consultation fee.initially they showed a fee structure board but when discussion started with doctor we are deeply involved. the way doctor asks questions we are explaining in detail. frenkly speaking after first hour an hour we forgot about fee structure increment and discussing on issues but doctor might aware that fee goes very high.at least he should have put remainder for every half an hour.I took Rs1000 cash but at the end I have to pay Rs 2000. somehow I have managed to do digital payment.
