₹20,000 paid upfront. Handed to junior staff. Same diet plan every time.

My wife is an NRI living outside India. We chose iCure specifically because the website advertises online consultations for patients across 30+ countries and lists branches in Toronto and London. It also promises a direct first consultation with Dr. Krishna, including report analysis.

Here is what actually happened.

After the first consultation, the case was passed to junior staff. Follow-ups were with them, not with Dr. Krishna. Across several sessions the meal plans barely changed — close to the same plan handed back repeatedly, with little adjustment to what wasn’t working. For a clinic that advertises “100% personalized” weekly plans, that is not what we received.

The bigger issue was the testing. We stopped consulting after that. The ₹20,000 produced no useful outcome.

What I’d ask the clinic to change: state before payment whether physical attendance and India-based testing are mandatory. I visited Dr Krish Vaidya after surfing a lot on internet. I must say he's a gentleman, listens to all your talk with great patience and provides treatment. The hospital is equipped with ECG, 2D EECO so no need to go outside for tests/reports. 5* from my side

The doctor is very calm and patient. Listens to the problem properly. Also explains the solution in detail. We are totally satisfied.

I visited dr.krish for issue of hypertension and from entering to consulting room till exit what a such a great experience i never felt that.Dr is such a good nature , good listener also.You never felt that you are talking with dr But you felt that dr and You know eachother past many years ,such a level friendliness.in hospital 2D ECHO and treadmill test avilable.and major important in health disease is nutrition so diet clinic is also there.

He is a good professional doctor.. We considered him as our family doctor now. He is a calm person and very much listen the problem first..

Most Genuine Doctor I've ever seen.

Not only he is knowledgeable but very kind hearted.

I had chest pains since few months and was terrified, and even some suggested Angiography. But Dr Krish sir told me not to worry and found out that I just had Low Vitamin D3-OH levels and treated accordingly.. now Im just fine in just 600 Rs :)
