She doesn't keep up with the appointment time
During followup she was busy with photo shoot and keep patients waiting
Doesn't value patients time
She underestimate patients patience and tries to cover up if you give her negative feedback.
Sharing my experience in detail-
Spent Rs. 8K in first visit. And again during 2nd visit she made me wait more than an hr due to Photo shoot for 5mins consultation. When I ask wouldn't she consider to give concession as every visit costed me my time. She said it doesnt work like that and it's UNACCEPTABLE that I am asking her to consider.
Never experienced such treatment from any doctor.
I see in Practo it's 5 rating that's why I wanted to share my story.

A very transparent and a doctor with patience and a great listening ear. Gave me an exact diagnosis of my skin and prescribed a very clear line of treatment suitable to my skin type. Quite content with Dr. Sonam.

I was very worried about my skin rash initially but after speaking to Doctor Sonam I felt better. She explained the health issue very well. Dr. Sonam is very friendly, she made me feel very comfortable and it was a friendly conversation.
