We were living in Dubai when I suffered from retina ailment due to hypertension. I phoned Ms. Manik and explained her my problem. Within 10 minutes she emailed me detailed, round the clock, daily diet schedule for the complete week. Till date I am following that schedule and my blood pressure has always remained under control.

My wife is diabetic. Ms. Manik has given her also weekly diet schedule which is helping her to keep sugar levels under control.
