Shalby Hospital, Adajan Dn

Very disappointing experience with Dr. Gaurav Khandelwal, Shalby Hospital, Surat.

I underwent L3–L5 TLIF surgery on 14/05/2026 and continued follow-up for around 3.5 months. Despite persistent problems, our concerns regarding infection were not addressed to our satisfaction.

Later, infection was identified during consultations at Nidhi Hospital Ahmedabad, Kokilaben Hospital Mumbai and Zydus Hospital Ahmedabad. The latest assessment also reported infection with implant loosening and advised revision surgery with debridement.

We trusted Dr. Gaurav Khandelwal and the Shalby brand. We now request clear answers, ************* ************** and a fair review of the medical expenses *** ********** ********* ****** ***** ** *** ******* *** *******

Gaurav Sir, is quite a wonderful doctor. He takes his time to explain you the nitty gritty of the problem and understands the patient cause before sharing an opinion or treatment. He kept the patient family in confidence and patiently handled all our queries. The immediate staff or team of doctors working closely with the doctor are also very supportive and patient.

The best thing about dr. Khandelwal is he let u talk first about your health complaint & patiently understands & then guide you properly* *** ********* ** ********

I am giving this review on behalf of my mother who came to Dr Sourabh mukherjee with extreme pain in her neck and inability to walk . Dr Sourabh Mukherjee was very confident about the line of treatment and he performed a very intensive neck and spine surgery. On the very next day of the surgery my mother could actually walk without any stick. She was extremely happy.

She had been given a new life by Dr Sourabh Mukherjee who not just is a confident dr but also is a very warm and compassionate person and took very good care of my mother . I will highly recommend him for any body who has a neck or spine pain and i just pray that like my mother many others get benifited from Dr. Mukherjees really good surgery and very compassionate handling of patients.
