No doubt Dr Ramakant is *** ** *** **** *** **** friendly doctor in town. My family has been visiting him for all orthopaedic issues since 2017.
My only issue is that as per doctor and his staff they have stopped taking Practo appointments but still they are offering online slots on practo.
I had booked a slot at 6pm and when I reached there i was informed that they have stopped taking Practo appointments long back.
I had to wait for two hours because of this.
Even today when i am writing this review appointments are still being given.
The receptionist at the clinic suggested to shift on “Healthplix” platform next time.
I would request Dr Ramakant to please look into this as it creates a state of confusion and inconvenience.

Hi
I had serious accident in bangalore and as a consequence I had bucket handle tear with anterior horn flapped.I got disappointed because there doctor told me there is a greater chance of menisectomy and I will have to take precaution further in entire life.As I arrived to patna I met with Dr Rama and he has done arthroscopy and repair the meniscus which was very challenging according to MRI.
Now its three months I can successfully walk and can climb stairs with no issues.
I cant express my gladness.
What I observed along with fantastic knee surgeon he is psychologist and suggestions from him will guide you in healing process.
Now I am undergoing physiotherapy and have beyond expected result.
Never seen so much confident doctor.

Positive:
Doctor was nice and cordeal in examining the patient. He prescribed medicines **** *** ******* *** ** ** **********
There is in-house physiotherapy room.
The in-house medicine shop accepts digital payment.
X-Ray can be done at a nearby place (just 2 mins of walk)
Negative:
The staff at the entry gate don't accept digital payments for paying consulting fee.
There is some scarcity in terms of seating arrangement. It would be great if more chairs or seats can be placed inside the premises. My mom had to remain standing for sometime.
Doctor arrived 20 minutes late.
