She gives a comprehensive diet plan without even making you realize that you are actually on a diet. She has a simple logic of -Eat more, Loose more! And it actually works. The results are pretty good. My eyesight also got improved by her diet plans just in 2 months. So you don't just loose weight, but also get other benefits in your health clearly visible in a short span of time. She also accomodates you if you are working or have a tight working schedule.
