Each session has been a great learning experience. Thanks to my sessions with Doctor, i have the confidence to handle situations better, see life more joyfully,and untap my full potential. I am grateful to learn and understand more about my neurological pathways and how to change my distorted thoughts,analyze it better in order to live more peacefully and more intuned with my mind and body to optimize my mental health and overall health. Along with this, the importance of combining yoga and beneficial breathing exercises helps enhance my overall well-being too getting me out of my anxiety and depression and live a life more fulfilled.Thank you.

I have been seeing Rupali Ma'am since 2019 for bipolar disorder. I have seen other psychologists earlier but there is something unique about Rupali ma'am. I just love the way she works, interacts and explains everything in detail. I always am very comfortable to talk to her. She uses a range of techniques to not only make you feel better but to also solve your problems on your own. I just love her meditations. It makes you feel fresh and relaxed. Friendly attitude with the child so that the child opens up well and gives a clear idea . Good approach towards career counselling by giving the child different options that r suited to them as well as the colleges available so that they are motivated to work towards their goal.

Dr Rupali is extremely good at her job. She is thorough, patient, systematic and very good at getting at the route of problems. She is easy to talk to but is a true professional. I really feel since working with her she has already helped me immensely.

Doctor was patient listener n helped me to validate my feelings and emotions. Her therapy helped me a lot to understand myself and my unhealthy way of thinking that was leading me towards distress. She taught me how to regulate my emotions.

Fantastic experience

The doctor is very friendly and listens to all your problems empathetically. I always feel calm and in control everytime I speak to her. She knows what she’s doing and is very good at her job. I will highly recommend her for your depressive or suicidal symptoms counselling.

Well, she was okay and spoke Well but interrupted me several times while I was talking which was quite annoying for me personally. * ***** ** * ************ * ***** *** ****** *** *** ************ *** ******** Although her insight was helpful, while leaving her clinic there was this feeling of irritation. I had 2 sessions with her. The first time she interrupted me only once but was helpful otherwise, so the net effect was positive. But the second time it happened many times and the net feeling was a little negative. Although apart from this she was good.

It was good experience and it helped a lot.

This session also helped me clear my mind and my options and opinions.

Maam uses a range of techniques ranging from hypnosis, nlp to cbt which ensure you get back on track faster and more efficiently. Her holistic approach towards healing makes the therapy special. Would highly reccomend.

First 15 min she listened to me and made a note in brief. And addressed each one by one by giving very good tips which I really need to adapt in my daily life.
