Each session has been a great learning experience. Thanks to my sessions with Doctor, i have the confidence to handle situations better, see life more joyfully,and untap my full potential. I am grateful to learn and understand more about my neurological pathways and how to change my distorted thoughts,analyze it better in order to live more peacefully and more intuned with my mind and body to optimize my mental health and overall health. Along with this, the importance of combining yoga and beneficial breathing exercises helps enhance my overall well-being too getting me out of my anxiety and depression and live a life more fulfilled.Thank you.

I have been seeing Rupali Ma'am since 2019 for bipolar disorder. I have seen other psychologists earlier but there is something unique about Rupali ma'am. I just love the way she works, interacts and explains everything in detail. I always am very comfortable to talk to her. She uses a range of techniques to not only make you feel better but to also solve your problems on your own. I just love her meditations. It makes you feel fresh and relaxed. Dr Rupali is extremely good at her job. She is thorough, patient, systematic and very good at getting at the route of problems. She is easy to talk to but is a true professional. I really feel since working with her she has already helped me immensely.

Doctor was patient listener n helped me to validate my feelings and emotions. Her therapy helped me a lot to understand myself and my unhealthy way of thinking that was leading me towards distress. She taught me how to regulate my emotions.
