I am a cyclist. I was trying to complete the Randonneur series to get the title of Super Randonneur(SR). The series consists of 4 rides (200kms, 300kms, 400 kms, 600 kms) to be completed in one season. I had done 3 rides and 600kms ride was in the offing. But odd late I was suffering from bad knee pain which made it doubtful of me completing such long ride.

That’s when I met Dr. Vaishakh at Ambara Wellness Clinic. He was very welcoming with his signature smile. He treated me for over a week though I should have reached him a bit earlier. Nonetheless, he even included strength training in the short duration along with other therapies. I was feeling better and confident by the time of the scheduled ride.

He also went on to install a therapeutic strips on my knees that would avoid any kind of injuries to this scheduled 40 hours of cycling!

Finally I am happy here to say that I completed the 600 kms ride with hour to spare and without any hitch of knee pain at all! And I am a SUPER RANDONNEUR now.

He guides on each excercise and the posture to be followed while performing the same.Has always made sure that the patient is comfortable doing the excercise and what can be followed to rectify the issue.Inl am really great full to the doctor for helping me in this 10days course for my lower back issues.

I had severe back pain and waist pain. I had 2 c sections which had weakened my muscles. I took treatment from orthopedic which dint help me with reducing the pain. So I decided to try physiotherapy. I took physiotherapy from Dr.Vaishak sir at Ambara wellness center. On the first day I was even not able to hold my leg for 10 seconds. Each session was well planned. At first simple stretching exercises were taught and then sir started strengthening exercises. It greatly reduced my pain and improved my strength. I can feel a lot of improvement and feel more active after 10 days session. I am truly thankful for the care and attention received during my treatment. Also, front office staff was also helpful. I had tennis elbow (left hand) and Dr.Vaishak treated me exercises and ultrasound.I had a lot of improvement and Dr. was very patient in teaching me the exercises. He is very patient and I could ask him any doubts.
