Having suffered from a slipped disk many years ago (L4/L5), I have been to a myriad of physiotherapists over the years, many considered the best in the city of Mumbai. My search for sustained relief and a preventive course of action ended with Vidya, who has been the most patient, methodical, caring and scientific. Many of the exercises she makes me do are unique to her treatment and speak to her thorough thought process and deep methods, which allow for sustained relief. She has also helped my mother (aged 65) post her sustaining a double ankle fracture and helped her regain her confidence in walking again.

My knee condition has drastically improved over the past 3 months, she constantly pushes me to do my best. Vidya is not my doctor, she is so friendly, that I forget that I am under her treatment.She is super cool ,approachable and makes any patient very comfortable. Very thorough with explaining the reasons behind your ailment and extremely encouraging in how to go about treating it. She takes personal interest in her patients' recovery. Easy to reach out to, extremely understanding of the psychological impact an injury has on a patient. I had been to a lot of doctors, a couple of alternate therapists but what worked for me most were the physiotherapy sessions with her. Dr. Vidya is extremely realistic about the recovery process and milestones the entire journey for you which is a great motivation. I would recommend her without hesitation.
