I am suffering from long(10 year )time ibs anxiety anger mood disorder so maney things are happening in my body and i contact to so maney doctors Allopathy homeopathy Ayurvedic every doctors tell me about ibs only IBS and all doctors are suggest me to you watch your daily food and you feel which type of food better continue that. I am totally frustrated what to do what not do.
