Hi all, i am from mumbai, i stuck in kota with my family due to lockdown, during this period my 6 years old daughter had a pain in ears i took her to his clinic based on riviews but our experience was horrible, ** *** *** ***** ********* ** ***** ****

Being a father of patiant it is my duty to discuss and understand why she was in pain, but he was toooo rude and arrogant with unnecessary shouting.

Overall very very very bad experience

I,guess my biggest mistake was to examine your daughter on your request at time of lockdown, when none of the private doctor clinic was open. From my side I examined your daughter thoroughly and also explained you the cause of pain. Moreover it is not necessary to use “ENDOSCOPE For the routine check up & which instruments to be used and when should be left to Doctor’s call & patient is NO ONE to advise Doctor as “ How to Examine “. It’s sad to say that instead of Thanking me you Misbehaved , used Abusive language and Blamed me for not examining your daughter properly. I suggest, you should REANALYZE your behaviour instead of blaming someone who helped you at time of crisis.
