No point of booking through practo. I booked an appointment for 11am but when I reached on time, I was told there were 15 patients before me. What is the point of giving the patients a time slot if you will anyway follow a first come first serve. What is worse is that they are aware of this issue with practo, but refuse to do anything about it.
