I had a really good experience with this consultancy. The sessions felt comfortable and non-judgmental, and I appreciated how patiently everything was explained. Rather than just giving quick advice, the approach focused on understanding the situation properly and finding practical ways to deal with it. I genuinely felt heard and understood throughout the process. The overall experience was professional, warm, and reassuring. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and understanding psychological consultation.

My experience with Aateka has genuinely been really good. From the very first session, I felt comfortable talking to her and never felt judged. She listens patiently and actually takes the time to understand what I’m going through instead of just giving quick advice. Her way of explaining things has helped me look at situations differently and understand myself better. I’m really glad I found her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is understanding, supportive, and easy to talk to.

I had anger issues and generally i used to react instead of repond…she taught me how to respond in the situation where i have to stay calm. Thank you so much i really needed your help

Starting couples therapy felt intimidating because we worried the therapist would take sides. Instead, she created a completely balanced, safe space where both of us felt genuinely heard. Her ability to cut through our defensive communication patterns without judgment helped us rebuild trust faster than we expected.\

Really good experience with my therapist. I felt comfortable talking openly and never felt judged. The sessions helped me look at things differently and understand myself better. Would definitely recommend.
