The scaling treatment by Dr. Serena was professional and effective. However, the consultation by Dr. Pratim Talukdar was brief, and there were significant delays *** **** ************ ****** *** ****** Communication and staff behavior need improvement.
Visited For Dental Crown Treatment
The doctor and clinic did not value patients' time, and the treatment took much longer than expected. Despite multiple visits, my crown was not done even after 12 days, which was very disappointing.
The consultation felt very rushed, with only about 2 to 5 minutes spent as the doctor was attending to other patients. I was not satisfied with the brief interaction and felt my time was wasted due to long waiting and a short consultation.

I had root canal treatment done on two teeth by Dr. Pratim Talukdar. The treatment was excellent, and the clinic was very hygienic. The doctor explained the procedure clearly, and overall, I am satisfied with the treatment despite the long waiting time.
