I had an extremely disappointing *** ************** experience with Dr. Arpita Kashyap, and I feel compelled to share this so others don’t go through what I did. I trusted the recommendations on Practo and chose her clinic for my son’s treatment on 14th August 2025, *** ** ****** *** ** ** *** ** *** **** *** ********* * **** **** ********* *** **********.

During the initial consultation, Dr. Arpita examined my son and said he had 7 cavities, with one requiring a root canal. After the X-ray, I specifically asked for cavity fillings and scaling while keeping the root canal for other day. She agreed, and I assumed she would be handling the treatment herself. *********** after charging a consultation fee ****** **** ******** ******* she ****** left the clinic without informing me and handed over the entire procedure to her assistant. She did not even return to check on the treatment outcome afterward.

When the procedure was over, * *** ***** ** **** ** ********** *******. ****** ********* **** ****** ********** ** *** ***** * *********** ******** *** ************ *** ******* ****. **** * ********** ***** *** ***** ******* ****** *** ***** ** ** ********* ************* ******* I requested to speak with Dr. Arpita, but they repeatedly denied it, saying she does not speak with patients over phone call.

** **** ******* ****** they did not provide me with a proper bill or prescription, ***** ** ** ***** ***** ** * ******** Instead, I was handed a random slip. **** * ******** *** ************* *** ***** ******* ** *** ********** ******** **** *** ******** *** ********** *************

After the treatment, my son was in immense pain and couldn’t chew properly. Later, when I visited our family’s senior dentist **** *** **** *** ** ***** ********* * *** ********* ** ***** **** ** *** *** *** **** * **** ***** ** **** *** ******** **** ***** *** **** ******** ****** ********* **** **** ** ******* **** *** ****** *** ***** ** ******* ** **** ** *********** **** ***** ********* ******* *** ******** **** ***** ************ ** ***** ************ ********** *** **** ** ******* *** ****** *****. ** ** *** **** ***** *** ****** *** ***** ** ***** ********** *** *** ******** **** ** ****** * ********** * **** ************ *** *** ****. * **** ***** ***** ***** *************** ** ****** ***** **** ********* *** I strongly caution other parents to think twice before choosing this clinic.

A very friendly doctor. I had a tusk in between the two incissors, which had to be removed. After removing the tusk, the gap between two incissors had to be fixed. After being explained I opted for Aligners since I wanted to retain my original tooth. Aligners are the best means to move tooth accurately and without pain. the pressure is very less on the tooth. And I am still left with two-three months but the results are already visible and my smile is better than ever. All thanks to Crystal Smile and Team 👍

It was a terrible experience. The doctor told us that she’ll be performing the procedure, however someone else did it. And the end result was not as expected. The price charged for the procedure was also hefty. The doctor left the clinic when the procedure was going on. We expected her to be present and monitoring. No responsibility as a doctor and very unprofessional. Big disappointment and dissatisfied.

By far the best experience I’ve had with a dental clinic, Dr. Arpita herself is very hands on and detailed and the other two doctors as well were very professional, thorough with their work not to mention helpful and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

I am extremely happy with my visit. The doctors are caring, very kind and made me feel relaxed during the treatment. Everything was explained properly, and the clinic environment was clean and well maintained. The treatment was painless and well done. Highly recommended!

She was really gentle and kind throughout my treatment. She explains what needs to be done and I have gotten really fast results within a really less span of time.
