My journey with aprc spine clinic was wonderful. When I came there, I came with a problem of full day, full night neck pain. I couldn't sleep without applying pain balm. Now the pain is 99% healed. The initial micro current treatment helped in exponentially bringing down the pain. Then the gradual exercise is helping in bringing good strength to the muscles. Overall it has been a short time and tremendous improvement in eliminating the pain. Special thanks to Dr. Vipin kumar also I realised that I was ergonomically not having proper posture after discussing with her.
