The management said even if there is a online appointment on our side they usually they do a 1st come 1st basis. This was a problem when we reached there and even after much persuasion we had our appointment pushed to 11:35 which was originally scheduled at 11:15.(p.s this was when there was't any rush..Had there been patients we would have had to wait more according to the manual register)
