We visited Dr. Rene’s Dental Care for a routine dental check-up, orthodontic consultation, and scaling. We are from Neyveli Township and had a Sunday consultation, which was very convenient for us.
Dr. Mukundh Chaithanya conducted a thorough clinical examination and explained the current dental condition clearly. I went to Dr Rene’s Dental Care because my denture, which was fixed almost 15 years ago, had recently become loose and uncomfortable. I was worried whether it needed complete replacement.
Dr Mukundh Chaithanya examined everything very carefully. He used a small intraoral camera to show me what was happening inside my mouth and also took a digital X-ray to check the supporting teeth and bone condition. He explained why the denture had loosened over time and what could be done immediately.
For now, it was temporarily refixed so I could eat and speak comfortably again. The procedure was done gently and I felt relieved almost immediately.
Dr Rene Selestina JP also guided me about proper denture care and hygiene so I can maintain it better going forward. The consultation was calm, detailed, and reassuring. I left feeling confident about the temporary solution and the future plan.

I visited Dr. Mukundh Chaithanya at Dr. Rene’s Dental Care for replacement of an old dental filling that had been done nearly 20 years ago and had turned dark over time. The doctor carefully examined the tooth and explained the need to remove the old filling.
The procedure was done smoothly, and a tooth-colored restoration was placed, which looks very natural and blends well with the surrounding teeth. The explanation and treatment were clear and comfortable.
I am happy with the outcome and would recommend this clinic for dental fillings and restoration treatments.
