1. What was the problem you were having before you visited us?

Initially, I experienced pain in my hands and legs. We thought it might be a nerve-related problem, so we consulted a neurological hospital in Erode and received treatment. However, there was no improvement.

Later, I started experiencing a loss of appetite, a persistent feeling of nausea, and difficulty eating food properly. We revisited the hospital in Erode, where blood tests were performed. We were told that there were no significant issues. Medicines were prescribed to improve my appetite and digestion, but even after taking them, there was no improvement in my condition.

As my health continued to deteriorate, we were worried and unsure about the actual cause of the problem.

2. What was the confusion you had in trying to solve the problem?

Since there was no improvement despite the previous treatment, we decided to consult Dr. Soundappan, Surgical Gastroenterologist at Royal Care Hospital.

After conducting the necessary tests, Dr. Soundappan identified an infection in my liver. He prescribed medicines and advised me to take them for 15 days and return for a follow-up consultation.

After completing the 15-day course of medication, we visited him again. During the follow-up examination, we learned that my liver infection had worsened.

Dr. Soundappan immediately advised me to get admitted to the hospital for further treatment. Following his advice, I was admitted to Royal Care Hospital and received treatment under his supervision.

Through further medical tests, we came to know that my liver had been severely affected by the infection.

Following Dr. Soundappan's advice, I stayed in the hospital and received treatment under his supervision. After three days of treatment, I gradually started showing signs of improvement.

At that point, we felt that we had made the right decision by consulting Dr. Soundappan. We regained our confidence and began to believe that I would recover.

After receiving treatment for approximately 10 days, the liver infection had reduced, and my health started improving.

4. Tell us the exact moment during your treatment when you felt you had made the right decision to get treated by us.

We were extremely worried that the liver damage might become so severe that I would eventually need a liver transplant. This fear remained in our minds throughout the initial stages of treatment, and my entire family was under considerable mental stress.

However, after receiving treatment at Royal Care Hospital under Dr. Soundappan's guidance, my condition gradually improved. The liver infection reduced, and I was able to recover sufficiently to return home.

After going through such a difficult period, we are now feeling much happier and more relieved.

Initially, we were constantly worried about my liver condition and feared that I might require a liver transplant. My entire family was under severe mental stress, and we were uncertain about what the future would hold.

However, after receiving treatment under Dr. Soundappan's guidance at Royal Care Hospital, my condition improved, the liver infection reduced, and I was able to return home after treatment.

Today, we feel much more hopeful and peaceful. The mental burden that our family had been carrying has reduced significantly, and we are thankful to see the improvement in my health.

For past several years I had gallbladder stone issue but the size was small so I managed all those days but 5 months ago the pain went severe I had no option then the surgery ** * ******** *** *** **** ****************** ** *** *** I found out Dr.Soundappan sir . Nov 22 I went for a 1st consultation he was so humble , clearly explained what happens if we ignore surgery and also patiently answer our doubts.
