My experience with Dr. Sangeeta was great. She listened carefully to everything I shared about my feelings, struggles, and questions. She gave me helpful advice and suggestions that have pointed me towards finding happiness and peace within myself after my separation. After my divorce, I felt really broken. I didn't know how I would manage to raise my child or make a living without a job. That's when I heard about Dr. Sangeeta. She helped me get mentally ready for the challenges ahead. Now, I have a job and I'm working hard. Even though I still feel sad, lonely, and overwhelmed sometimes, things are getting better, and I'm slowly starting to heal.

I had problems with my wife, and it was affecting our children. That's when I came across Dr. Sangeeta and started counselling sessions. I convinced my wife to join me, although she was unsure at first. After just four sessions, we realized that the big problems we thought we had were actually small things. After being together for ten years, we were ready to get married. But after a few incidents, I started doubting myself and feeling unsure about the decision. A friend told me about Dr. Sangeeta, and I started an online session with her for guidance. She helped me work through all my doubts and communicate better with my partner. Things have improved a lot since then. I plan to keep continuing the sessions with her until I feel completely clear-headed before the wedding.

Ever since I began my online sessions with Dr. Sangeeta, I've noticed a big change in how calm and clear-headed I feel. She helped me see where I was going wrong in my life, and even after our sessions, she's there for me on WhatsApp if I need to talk. She's really understanding and non-judgmental, so I feel comfortable sharing everything with her. I'm becoming more aware of my mental health, and I'm starting to love myself more each day. I owe a lot to Dr. Sangeeta; she's not just a therapist, but also a guiding light and mentor in my life right now.

I used to keep all my marital problems bottled up because I was afraid people would judge me if I opened up, and my relationship with my husband become more complicated , which just made everything seem worse, and I felt overwhelmed. But during our sessions, Dr. Sangeeta listened patiently and quickly understood what I was going through. She gave me practical advice that gave me hope and the courage to face my challenges, and discussed things with my husband which eventually led to solving things between us. I'm so thankful I found her. It's important to reach out for help and talk about your struggles—it's a crucial step towards feeling better and growing.

A few months ago, life felt really tough. I was dealing with depression and anxiety, finding it hard to even get out of bed. I felt stuck in my own comfort zone and would often cry myself to sleep. But now, things are so much better. I'm experiencing some of the happiest days of my life. I've learned to find joy in simple things and stopped letting others or my past define me. I've also managed to stop hurting myself and started believing in myself more. I'm really proud of the progress I've made recently—it feels like a big achievement. And I couldn't have done it without the help and support of my friends and my therapist, Dr. Sangeeta. I'm incredibly grateful to her. She's been like a guardian angel to me.

She's amazing! Helped me realise what I was lacking. It was splendid that I got a chance to do a session with her. This was my first counseling and it was online but didn't have any problem. I loved this session. I will recommend her 5/5! Ofcourse. She's explained me things wonderfully. Honestly I was so anxious and all about my problems but it wasn't threating as I felt. This was undoubtedly my best experience with a psychiatrist councellor ever. The interaction with Dr. Sangeeta Pattnaik gave me answers to questions I had since years. I even got answers, questions to which I didn't even know existed. I felt much MUCH better after this one session. Looking forward to curing myself and embarking on this self improvement journey with Doctor Sangeeta in the future.

I had a very valuable experience in the 2 hour session where I was able to discuss my problems. Sangeeta was a very good listener and could understand my issues with empathy. My quite liked the depth of her knowledge and her openness. The interventions she used really helped me to realise a few things we discussed about. I am feeling much calmer and less anxious.

I am happy I could open up that corner of my heart which I had been hidden and silent. She was very practical and and could totally relate and understand my situation. She made me realize the things i was missing out in life or not looking forward to. She was very clear and her views upon me were surprisingly very correct. It felt a total new way of looking at things in life after taking to her.

It was my first counselling session with Dr.Sangeeta Pattanaik . When the counselling started I was rigid and confused as the counselling was proceeding ahead I was feeling more comfortable and I was clear about my thoughts. She is really friendly and understanding.

We all have that one person who can bring out something in you and for me she is the one who only from her way of making me understand things.. really thankful to god.. she is very friendly very professional but apart from everything she is a very genuine human being..
