I reached the clinic 5 minutes late due to heavy traffic, but the doctor had already left. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and no one assisted me despite my calls. There was also a language barrier as the staff responded in Odia, which made communication difficult.

The doctor provided clear advice and the right guidance. He was punctual and attentive throughout the consultation.
