Every time he is in a complete hurry, not sure why? You ask couple of question regarding the procedure and he will get pissed off. I would definitely not recommend him. Another thing, the initial fees is taken as 200 Rs, instead of 100 Rs, what is mentioned on this site. This is also not good.
