I had my delivery on 11th jan 2020 and I just couldnt stop myself from giving this feedback. In the earlier stage of my pregnancy , my scans and monthly checkups were done in Kolkata but had to return back to my hometown,for the delivery. I am sorry to say that I was very much sure that in my place I wouldnt be getting a good doc and a clean hospital or a doc who would be answering all my queries(as did my previous doc). Visiting Dr P.Roy cleared all my confusions and fear.

I had csec as my water had already broken but on the very 3rd day I was able to stand and even walk slowly. The hospital is clean and hospital staffs are very helpful. I would highly highly recommend this doc.

At the time of normal delivery, the main doctor should be present and only under his supervision, compounder, nurses should all activities during delivery.

In my case, I found that my consultant doctor was not present at the time my delivery process was going on. I can understand, the doctor's team might be well expert, but after all the main doctor must be present at the moment.

Hyeginic practices should be much more taken care of while checking the opening of mouth of vaginal channel etc, the used hand gloves must be avoided, even if it is sterilised. Once it is used, it should not be used again.

I want to offer my heartfelt thanks to the entire medical staff of Kamla Nursing Home. The doctors' dedication and commitment for services to the community and beyond deserve our deepest gratitude and admiration. They deliver their services methodically in combination with care and compassion which is not as easy as it may sound. The empathetic staff's willingness to spend time with patients is a welcome trait. Moreover, the management also ensures that every nook and corner of the nursing home is clean. Keep up the fantastic work!

We liked all the things told by the doctor and we did not see any kind of rumored things for which I am good.

I had miscarriaged ,severe pcod but doc not given any medicine for misscarrige and said that it was naturally cure and does not listen my queries.

One particular night I visited Kamala nursing home with my wife with seriously bleeding condition with least hope . After the doctor examined her and gave her medications, he explained to our family what actually happened. Although being a layman in medical terms , he made us understood the matter like my elder brother. The ray of hope provided by Prasanna sir has blessed us with a loving baby boy.
