Sleeping on right side
I have slept on right side the whole night. Is this safe for my baby. Do we need to sleep only on left side during 29 weeks of pregnancy

Its better to sleep on your left side. Start your sleep with left lateral position. If during sleep you turn to right side then its ok...But avoid sleeping on your back. Read my blog for pregnancy related tips https://gynaetalks.com/special-care-for-pregnant-women/

Yes it is It's not mandatory Sleeping on left is recommended as it increases blood flow to the baby But that doesn't mean that sleeping in any other position will harm the baby
