Frequent urination when I urine there white particles or falkes and little foamy what will be the reason urine routine is normal, blood test is normal ultrasound shows partially distended bladder what is the reason

On 20th may was my 33rd day of period... ...my circle is 28days...on 20th i got reslt of beta blood hcg 35.76...and 22nd may I got my period and i repeat the test on 26th may it's results below 0.1 now my doubt is did I got pregnat r not as per the results

I had my period on last Sunday evening and they stopped on Friday evening (5days). No bleeding was there on Saturday and Sunday in day time. At night on Sunday my period restarted again with too large blood clots and I am changing pad in 2 hours. Pls suggest. It looks like blood is coming only with no urine.
