Pregnancy and Infertility

I underwent a Lateral C-Section on 29th May. After the cathedral was detached from my body, I experienced a little pain and irritation while peeing, but after 2 days it vanished. Right now I am on antibiotics which will help heàl my stitches, but since yesterday I am feeling irritation and pain while peeing again. Is this an indication that my stitches are not healing, or they may have stretched out.

There was a small gap in my csection stitch and applying tbact on that. 6 week running of csection and the gap appeared after 3 weeks. The scab was black but it has turned white now but the scab has not yet fallen. There is no pain and when I touch the scab feels hard. Could you pleas confirm if it has healed and do I need to still apply tbact? Image attached

For a few months, I have light periods and at night it stops, from the very first night. The period lasts for 5 days.

Does keep on changing the sleeping position affects Embryo transfer. Also I am sleeping on my left side so left thigs are paining does this cause any problems?

Can I drink carrom water for reduce constipation. And suggest remedies for reducing constipation. Even Included fibre in my diet.

I am diagnosed with genital herpes recently.. i want to know how to decrease the chances of transmitting it to my future infant.. is there any chance that the baby will have any kind of deformity due to the virus?

Hlo Dr, my left breast is paining though  it's my day 5 of my period .. Does breast hurts during day 5 of period... Like a pin point pain while sleeping at night...

Are Blood clots (of grapes size)common during periods? Facing this problem from last 2-3 periods.Not able to understand exact reason for this.Kindly guide. Thanks in advance.
