High bp medication changes.
I have high bp currently I am taking metoprolol succinate 25mg and cilindipine 5mg morning. Now I am ok but when small intake of salt increases my bp levels. With high bp I have headaches and neck related pain. I am doing all excercises and walking but when salt intake more bp raises . I am trying to reduce salt but all days it is not possible for me because i need to eat outside daily because of my work. So my office doctor suggested take hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 and metoprolol succinate 25mg morning. Can I switch cilindipine to hydrochlorothiazide. Because i heard  hydrochlorothiazide is water pill may have side affects.
