She was always attentive and listened carefully to my concerns, and she provided insightful feedback and guidance. One of the things I appreciated most about her was her ability to help me manage my stress levels. She taught me a variety of techniques for coping with stress, such as mindfulness, and cognitive restructuring. These techniques were incredibly effective, and I still use them to this day. Additionally, Ms. Seema Jathar helped me to understand and manage my emotions more effectively. She taught me to identify the root causes of my emotional responses and to develop healthy coping mechanisms for dealing with difficult emotions. As a result of her guidance, I am much more self-aware and able to regulate my emotions in a healthy way.Read less

She then provides clear and simple actionable tasks to implement which help you resolve the issues! She doesn't impose her judgment on your actions or your decisions.
I've always been a proponent of therapy and had pushed many friends to use therapy to get better. But somehow, I'd never really found it useful for myself. Until I visited Dr Seema.
