I was frustrated with medicines and multiple diagnostic tests for my acidity issues which were going on for 4-5 months.
With Neha’s simple and homely diet, I was surprised to see that my acidity got cured within 2 weeks. It was a combination of simple lifestyles changes and diet improvement without pushing myself to extremes.
Weight loss was just a by product. I never felt that I am eating less/ staying hungry. In fact the entire journey was like a therapy where I experienced mental well being in addition to changes in my physique.

She put me on a diet which i could easily follow using the regular items in the kitchen.
