At that time, I was overweight by 12 Kgs, my blood report was a complete mess and I was seriously concerned. All the vital clinical parameters were either out of range or on the higher side. A consultation with a General Physician revealed that I will have to get into medication to control my BP, Sugar levels, uric acid levels, cholesterol levels, etc., at the earliest.
