Description

Zole Ovules 200 MG Ovules is a medicine that contains Miconazole. It is used to treat fungal infections of the vagina and vulva (Vulvovaginal candidiasis, a yeast infection in the opening of the vagina). It works by stopping the growth of fungi by disrupting the fungal cell wall, eventually killing them. Zole Ovules 200 MG Ovules may cause certain side effects like vaginal discomfort, pain or burning after insertion, lower stomach pain or pain in the pelvic area. Inform your doctor if you experience side effects even after 7 days. Avoid the use of Zole Ovules 200 MG Ovules if you are allergic to it or if you experience hives, fever, chills, nausea and vomiting. Zole Ovules 200 MG Ovules is used only for the vaginal application, therefore do not take it by mouth or apply it to the skin. Apply this medication as directed by your physician with the help of the applicator provided. Maintain proper hygiene during and after treatment to prevent the spread and recurrence of infection. Zole Ovules 200 MG Ovules may not be suitable for all people. Inform your doctor if you have recurring yeast infections, diabetes, weakened immune system, lower abdominal, back, or shoulder pain, fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, or foul-smelling vaginal discharge. It is advised that you consult your doctor before using it if you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy. It is safe to be used in breastfeeding as long as no contact occurs between the baby and the suppository. Inform your doctor if your condition has not improved even after 3 days of treatment. This medicine is not recommended in children below 18 years of age since the safety and efficacy are not clinically established.
