Description

Zincoderm M Cream is a combination medicine that consists of zinc, clobetasol and miconazole. It is used for the treatment of skin infections caused by bacteria and fungi. Zincoderm M Cream works by blocking the action of chemical substances that causes itching, swelling, redness and by stopping the growth of fungi that causes skin infection. Zincoderm M Cream causes some side effects which include itching, dryness, redness, and burning sensation at the site of application. Seek medical help if you experience any symptoms of an allergic reaction like rashes, itching, swelling, shortness of breath. Your doctor may perform a patch test before starting treatment with this cream as it can cause skin allergy. Zincoderm M Cream can be applied as a thin layer on the affected areas of the skin with clean and dry hands. This cream is meant for external use only. Avoid direct contact with your eyes, nose, mouth, or other smooth muscles, in case of accidental contact wash immediately with water. Zincoderm M Cream is not recommended for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding unless prescribed by the doctor. Avoid using this cream in children under 12 years of age. Use this cream only with the doctor's prescription. Complete the entire treatment course to get its maximum benefits and to prevent the development of microbial resistance. It may take several days to weeks to clear up your symptom, but you should keep using this medicine regularly for better results. If your condition does not improve or gets worse, you should talk to your doctor.

Dermatitis is an inflammation of the skin characterized by itching, rash, and redness of the skin. Zincoderm M Cream is used to reduce the inflammation/swelling of the skin in this condition.

Psoriasis

Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease that results in dry, scaly and itchy skin. The skin becomes dry and is prone to various microbial infections. It can be triggered by microbial skin infections, stress and long-term exposure to cold and dehydration. Zincoderm M Cream is used to treat psoriasis.

Lichen Planus

Lichen planus is an inflammation/swelling of the skin characterized by purplish, itchy, flat-topped pimples. It can be caused due to an autoimmune skin reaction towards an allergen or infection. Zincoderm M Cream is used to treat this condition.

Fungal infection of skin

Skin fungal infections usually occur on the skin due to the spread of the fungus/yeast.
