Description

Zincoderm Cream is a combination medicine that consists of clobetasol and zinc sulphate. It is used for the treatment of a variety of skin conditions such as psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema, and allergies. It provides relief from the symptoms like itching, swelling, redness and also prevents further irritation of the skin. It works by blocking the action of certain chemical messengers that causes allergic symptoms. Zincoderm Cream causes some side effects like itching, dryness, redness, and burning sensation at the application site. Seek medical help if you experience any allergic symptoms like rashes, itching, swelling, shortness of breath after using this cream. Your doctor may perform a patch test before starting treatment with this cream as it can cause skin allergy. Zincoderm Cream can be applied as a thin layer on the affected areas of the skin with clean and dry hands. This cream is meant for external use only. Avoid direct contact with your eyes, nose, mouth, or other smooth muscles, in case of accidental contact wash immediately with water. Dermatitis is of various types such as atopic dermatitis (eczema), contact dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, etc. All these types of dermatitis are caused due to different factors such as allergic reaction, gene abnormalities, non-resolving skin injury and auto-immunity. Zincoderm Cream is used to reduce the inflammation of the skin in these conditions.

Psoriasis

Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease that results in dry, scaly and itchy skin. The skin becomes dry and is prone to various microbial infections. It is a chronic skin condition and needs immediate medical attention. Zincoderm Cream is used to reduce the swelling of the skin in these conditions.

Lichen Planus

Lichen planus is swelling of the skin characterized by purplish, itchy, flat-topped pimples. The cause of this condition is not completely established but it is probably due to an autoimmune skin reaction towards an allergen or infection. Zincoderm Cream is used in the treatment of lichen planus.
