How it works

Usal LS Expectorant is composed of Levosalbutamol, Ambroxol and Guaifenesin. Levosalbutamol relaxes the smooth muscles and opens the blocked air passages thereby improves the amount of airflow to the lungs and makes breathing easier. Ambroxol causes the breakdown of mucous making the sputum thinner. Therefore, it promotes mucous clearance. Guaifenesin makes the mucous thin in the air passages; this makes it easier to cough up the mucous and clear the airways.
