How it works

Topnerve Tablet contains Alpha lipoic acid, Folic Acid, Methylcobalamin, Pyridoxine, and Vitamin D3. Alpha-lipoic acid works as an antioxidant and slows down cellular damage in the body. Folic Acid, also known as Vitamin B9, is a biochemically inactive form. It is converted to active forms, tetrahydrofolic acid and methyltetrahydrofolate, by the enzyme dihydrofolate reductase. These active forms are essential for the formation of red blood cells. Methylcobalamin, also known as Vitamin B12, is an essential nutrient for the formation of myelin, the protective covering of neurons in the body. Pyridoxine, also known as Vitamin B6, is a co-enzyme that helps in the metabolism of proteins and also helps in the synthesis of heme (a non-protein part of haemoglobin). Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) helps in the absorption of calcium from food supplements in your body.
