Description

Topinate-AL Gel is a combination of Clobetasol and Ammonium Lactate. It is used to treat skin conditions such as eczema (thick, dry and itchy skin), psoriasis (itchy skin with red scaly patches), etc. This medicine works by decreasing the production of certain chemicals in your body. Thus, it reduces the redness and swelling of your skin. It also moisturises your skin and soothes mild skin irritations. Topinate-AL Gel may show some side effects like redness, itching, burning sensations, etc. at the site of application. Inform your doctor if these side effects do not subside with time or worsen. Topinate-AL Gel is meant for external use only. Avoid using this medicine for more than the recommended duration. Clean the affected area with water and pat dry before using Topinate-AL Gel. Apply a thin layer of the gel over the affected area and spread evenly. Avoid contact with your eyes and mouth. In case of accidental contact, wash your eyes and mouth immediately with water. Avoid touching or scraping the affected skin area, as it may further spread the infection or worsen your condition. Topinate-AL Gel is not recommended for use if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor if you are using any other topical medicines or have any other skin conditions. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding before using this medicine. Topinate-AL Gel is not recommended for use in children below 12 years of age.
