This medicine should be used with caution in patients with congestive heart failure due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required based on the clinical condition.
This medicine should be used with caution in patients with diabetes mellitus due to the increased risk of altered blood glucose levels. Food interactions
Consumption of grapefruit juice is not recommended during treatment with this medicine due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects such as dizziness, headache, swelling of hands and feet, etc.
It is recommended to avoid a high potassium diet during treatment with this medicine due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects. Your doctor/dietitian will suggest an appropriate diet for you to avoid high intake of potassium.
