Description

Sufrate LA Cream is a combination medicine consisting of metronidazole, lidocaine and sucralfate. It is used rectally to treat anal fissures and helps in relieving pain and swelling due to fissures and haemorrhoids. This medicine is also used to reduce pain after anorectal surgeries. Sufrate LA Cream works by killing the bacteria that causes infection and promotes healing of infection. It also reduces pain by blocking pain signals to the brain. Sufrate LA Cream shows common side effects that include rectal bleeding, skin rash, burning sensation, itching and irritation at the application site, etc. If any of these symptoms persist for a long time or bothers you, consult your doctor immediately. Avoid using Sufrate LA Cream if previously allergic to it. This cream is not recommended to use in children as safety has not been studied. Sufrate LA Cream is for external use only. Wash and dry the affected area before application. Apply a small quantity of Sufrate LA Cream to the affected area as instructed by your doctor. Make sure to wash your hands before and after use. Sufrate LA Cream is an external preparation, therefore contact with the mouth, eyes, nose, ears should be avoided. In case of accidental contact, wash with water thoroughly. How it works

Sufrate LA Cream is a combination of metronidazole, lidocaine and sucralfate.
