Salbair I Neb 0.63 Transpules is a combination medicine of Ipratropium and Levosalbutamol. This medicine is used to relieve symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, breathing difficulties, coughing, etc. caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (a lung disorder in which the airflow is blocked leading to breathing difficulty). Salbair I Neb 0.63 Transpules works by relaxing and widening the muscles in your airways. Salbair I Neb 0.63 Transpules may cause some side effects like headache, cough, mouth dryness, nausea, constipation, etc. Inform your doctor if the side effects become severe or persist for a long time. Avoid taking Salbair I Neb 0.63 Transpules if you are allergic to it. Salbair I Neb 0.63 Transpules should be used in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. For the ease of remembering, use it around the same time every day. Even if you see an improvement in your condition, do not stop taking it. If you discontinue the use of this medicine early, your symptoms may return or worsen. Salbair I Neb 0.63 Transpules is not recommended for use in children less than 12 years of age.
