Description

Rosuvas EZ 10 Tablet is a combination of Rosuvastatin and Ezetimibe. It is used in the treatment of high blood cholesterol and triglycerides (fats) levels. Rosuvas EZ 10 Tablet works by blocking the formation of bad cholesterol and fats in your body and preventing the absorption of cholesterol through your small intestine. Rosuvas EZ 10 Tablet may cause side effects like headache, nausea, vomiting, constipation, and stomach pain. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to it. Rosuvas EZ 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor, as it may worsen your condition. Try not to skip the scheduled dose of Rosuvas EZ 10 Tablet and avoid an overdose of this medicine. Rosuvas EZ 10 Tablet is not recommended for use in children below six years of age. What is it prescribed for?

Hyperlipidaemia

Hyperlipidaemia refers to a high level of bad cholesterol and triglycerides (type of fats) in your blood. Rosuvas EZ 10 Tablet is used in the treatment of hyperlipidaemia.

Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease

High cholesterol levels may accumulate in your blood vessels and narrow or block the blood vessels leading to an interrupted blood supply to your heart or brain. A heart attack occurs when the blood vessels of your heart get blocked due to clot formation or fat buildup. Also, a blockage in your blood vessels that carry blood to your brain may result in a stroke. Rosuvas EZ 10 Tablet is used to reduce the incidence of a heart attack or stroke by reducing the cholesterol and fats levels in your blood.

Missed Dose
